Smile going on a holiday visa?

Hi, have been searching the immigration website but cant seem to to find an answer. I know with New Zealand, if you go out on a holiday and find a job you can apply for a work permit for up to 3 years then apply for permenant residency before your permit expires. Is there an option for this in Australia??Am trying to find a way for my sis to emigrate!!!
Thanks in advance for any replies x

It depends what job she does, how long she has done it for, what qualifications she has.
She would be best off phoning an agent for a chat to see if she has any chance.
On reading the holiday visa pages though it looks like they get quite narkey if you do anything other than holiday on your holiday visa.
