For George, Alan, JAJ, Ptlabs
Hi there please could you help.
My 8-year-old son has recently been diagnosed with ADD with an extremely high IQ. He takes daily medication and I am concerned that he might fail the medical as a result of this.
Please could you let me know if you have helped anyone emigrate or know of anyone who has immigrated, with no problems, under similar circumstances.
Anyone in a similar situation please reply or PM me if you prefer.

I think if its under control and you could get a letter or document from the specialist it should be fine. I think mostly you son will be placed under category B.
So my suggestion don't get too worried.

Thanks for your advice.
His condition is totally under control, he is classed as being educationally well above of his age band with no behavioral problems and excellent social skills. It sounds cold when I describe him like that but these are the words used in the official descriptions.
So you think it would be prudent to submit something from his psychologists in writing?
