Hi we are in the middle of compiling docs for DIMIA. I think I have
included all the forms to be filled in, but please let me know if I am
wrong. Form 47sk and form 80. The document checklist subclass 136 to
be included. I have a questions, I read in the booklet 6 that pages
13-15 of their checklist to be included in the application. Are the
two sets of checklists to be included.

Lastly (for the moment anyway) Part B question 16. About attending
overseas office if successful for Visa application. Does anybody know
if from Ireland as we are do we put down London or can it be done in
Ireland.

One check-list will do.

Although the form says "attend" yo udo not have to physically go to London - you just post your apssports there wit ha copy of the approval letter.

yes, Form47SK, checklist and a form 80 from each applicant aged 16 and over
