form 47sk part R
i am applying for a skilled independent visa subclass 136 and i've almost completed the visa application form. Part R of the form requires you to sign a declaration and as there are five of them i am unsure which declarations i need to sign. any help would be much appreciated

Hi - visa number 136 no longer exists - the numbers all changed in Sept 07. You would need the equivalent current visa which I believe is a 176. You can (and I would suggest, should) apply online - it's quicker.
