I am interested in applying to Australia through Skilled- Designated Area Sponsored (Class BQ, subclass 139) . My sponsor is my spouse's blood relative. But I am the person satisfying basic requirements.


Booklet 6 says my spouse must complete the form 47SK as the primary applicant even if I am the person satisfying basic requirements.

But I have a problem in filling Part H of 47SK form (Basic requirement for primary applicant section). Because my spouse can't do the skill assessment. But I can fill part I (Basic requirement for spouse) as I have got the skill assessment done.

Please advise me how I can overcome this problem.

There is no problem - at the start of Part H it says "The primary applicant must meet basic requirements unless they are met by their spouse - see Part I basic requirements for spouse." so you fill in either Part H or Part I - in your case - PArt I only.
