hi Please clarify? Is form 1101 to be filled only if one has resided in australia to

Hi David,
The whole purpose of the police checks is to show that you are of good charachter and
have no criminal convictions. If you are applying from OS and have not previously
lived in Australia, then you will not have to worry about the form 1101.
