what is the first step for IT professionals....
ACS assesments.?
(if IELTS IS OK..and 4 years experience OK)

Should i go to ACS Site www.acs.org.au or immi.au.gov ?
can anyone please prioritize the tasks for me...

ACS is the first step, experience varies if u have degree, diploma or no degree.

The ideal steps should be : Go for ACS assessment, in mean time clear IELTS and then apply for appropriate visa. go through ACS thoroughly.

I would suggest a good place to start would be to make use of the free initial assessments that a lot of agents offer. In this way you will get some idea of your options and the cost and time involved.

YES!!
you must have the ACS ++ assessment to go ahead with the migration VISA process. of course you can do the IELTS before the assessment, but if the assesment results truns out negetive then your IELTS cost is waisted.

so i suggest you should follow the below chart.

ACS --> IELTS --> VISA --> Medical & Police Clearence.
