Hi to all,

I am filling online application for Immigration.

I am much confused on a point.

My parents are dependent on me, Should I put them in "NON-MIGRATING DEPENDENTS" or I should put them in "Other Family Members".

Will it effect my application if I put my parents in "Non-Migrating Dependents".

Please please please help me.

Are you planning for them to migrate with you? If so they are migrating dependents. If not then they are other family members.

Actually I am asking about "NON-MIGRATING" Dependents and not the "MIGRATING DEPENDENTS".

If I write my father and mother in "NON-MIGRATING DEPENDENTS" (As they are actually dependent on me as I am the only son and I have 5 Sisters). Then will I have to send their Medicals as well ... Is it mendatory or optional.

If they are non-migrating dependants then they need to do medicals. Being an only son does not matter to DIAC. Dependent means you provide for them substantially (including providing food, clothing, shelter).
