Default Sponsorship

G'day! I am just wondering whether anyone has any information regarding sponsorship. I currently work in recruitment and the possibility was mentioned at my interview a month ago.
Any information on new updates or steps that have to be taken are greatly appreciated!
Thankyou

Sponsorship on what basis? Permanent? Temporary? Has the company sponsored before?
A good read of https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visa...sa/visa-finder would do for starters

Hi there,

Many thanks for your reply. I'm not too sure on what basis, but would I be correct in thinking that if a company were to sponsor you, it would be temporary?
I'm not too sure if the company has sponsored before, but it was mentioned at my interview. I know the rules change all the time so I'm just not sure where to start!
Thanks for the link, I will read it now

First, yes, sponsorship is generally for a temporary visa - 482 TSS visa. However, there are a lot of hoops. First, not every company can sponsor, then, not every candidate can be sponsored and not every vacancy can be filled by sponsoring. I would strongly recommend you and the business seek professional advice if you are going down this route.
