Unhappy Ex-Husband problem!!

I understand that i will need premission from my Ex-Husband to take our daughter to another country. Well, have tried to ask him about it and he's ignoring my emails!! Good start eh?

Hi

have just been through the whole procedure with my ex who was suprisingly agreeable to it all you have to be very nice, calm and clever (however much you may hate him) im sure it as much as i hated mine, do not get his back up as you will get nowhere, my story is quite involved if you want any advise pm me and i will give you hopefully some good advise.

All this assumes he has parental rights under UK law ...

If he keep ignoring your emails and you can't contact him any other way, then you will need a court order.

See a good solicitor who is an accredited family law specialist.

Also - make sure you are actually eligible to migrate to Australia, there's no point worrying about court orders if you can't get a skill assessment or you don't have enough points. Maybe sort out your skill assessment first?
