My mom is due to fly in from the UK on Saturday. She is coming in on an ETA visa. The ETA expires on 27th Dec 2014. She has flights home booked at the end of Jan next year (just under the 3 month limit). Will this visa be valid as she is entering before the 12 months are up or does she need a new ETA as this one will expire before she goes home. if needs a new one can she get a new ETA tonight that cancels out the old one? Thanks

She should be fine as long as she enters before the expiry and stays less than the three month limit.
