I’ve applied for this visa and extra info was required, because I have a criminal record, from 2012. The fine was paid. I’ve sent off my newly applied for ACRO police record and other information requested, by my immi account, but have heard nothing. I’m panicking, as booked to travel next week.what can I do? Thanks.

Just an update. Have phoned the Global service centre in Australia 0061 26196 0196 and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He has advised me that, all items received and the waiting time is normal. So hopefully should hear soon. I’ll update this, when I hear, as it may help someone in the future.
