Default Estranged step-family- help!

I am trying to fill in form 47SK and am stuck on part F, Details of other family members. My father remarried and I have two step brothers and a step sister. I have had no contact with any of them, my father included, for over 10 years and therefore do not know dates of birth/ marital status etc for any of them. Is it okay to leave these blank? Should I write in the spare lines below their names that I have no more information, or should I attach a separate sheet and explain my circumstances on that?
Would be really grateful if anyone could help.
Thanks.

Fill in the details you know - even if its only a name - and write on the form that you don't know any further info, and that you have no contact with them. That'll be enough
