You need your IELTS result before you put in your EoI.

Hi,
I received my successful State Sponsorship from VIC and also Assessment from TRA for Visa-190.
they advise me to submit EOI but there is problem I observed about my points.
1- Age 15
2- IELTS Score L-4.5,R-4.5,W-5.5,S-6.0 overall 5.0 with Zero "0" point
3-Skill Employment Outside AUS -15
4- Qualification (B.Sc Pass 2 years) - 15
5- State Sponsorship-5
Total: 50
a)Am I eligible to submit my EOI? if rejected what will happened, after how long I will re submit my EOI?
b)what happened with my state sponsorship if EOI rejected? will this remain Ok until next EOI submission?
c)I must required IELTS score 7.0 in all to complete my point total-60.
Please reply.

I wonder how you got successful SS without required ielts bands? Is minimum IELTS requirement for your job code is less than 5, which I highly doubt?

Yeah that what really strange! as i remember Vic need atleast 7 in each of the component....

And how you got Vic SS with that IELTS Score?
