ENS fees confused?

ENS fees confused?
Hi,
I am applying for ENS soon.
However just received an email from a colleague that has confused me.
I thought we pay the 1st installment which is approx $2100 ($2500 1st July)
Above this it says Nomination fee (ENS only) $370. I assumed this is the employers fee for nominating you.
However our work colleague who will be doing the same visa is telling us we only have to pay $370 visa fee.
Am I correct and its the $2100 for a ENS visa for the applicant to pay.

Sorted.
Colleague had it wrong.
Employer has just told me that its the $2100 fees like I thought it was.

Yeah it is $2105 for the ENS visa application until 30th June and then from 1st July $2525.
