Hi just need some advise. We are looking to get an employer permanent sponsored visa Oh occupation is on ENSOL, are we correct that we can qualify for this if we get a positive TRA result. Im so confused by all these visas, TRA sent yesterday so waiting on this. We have a possible sponsor on Gold coast is it harder for them to sponsor us for a permanent visa or not. The way I read the info it would be less burden to them to do the permanent am I correct or completely off track?If this employer sponsored visa does not work out then we shall have to try state sponsored however only 2 states will offer us sponsorship on Oh occupation Western Australia (Peel or great southern) or South Australia (all areas) although on checking not to many options for Oh work in these areas.
