English language test - 121/856 visa application
Hi, I am applying for a permanent visa (employer nomination scheme) and I am not a native English speaker. Do I need to pass an English language test if I can provide evidence that my PhD program was in English (i.e., the thesis was written in English and the defence was conducted in English)? thanks, Oleg
