I have two questions regarding Engineers Australia.

1.What is An account of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?
2.Is there any format which is suppose be followed for CV?

1-CPD could be some explanations about professional courses or seminars or conferences you have attended after your graduation from university or even it can comprise some information about your master's degree
You have to name some courses as well as some researches in journals or professional magazines.
I named some professional websites relevant to my nominated occupation and mentioned that I have studied some codes known in Australia, you also can mention some professional websites and say that you are always visiting those to get technical information
All in all, You have to prove that despite you have graduated from university several years ago you are still keeping yourself updated theoretically
2- There is no certain format for CV but you can make your CV in formats given by Victoria website - Try to visit their website and prepare your CV as per one of their given formats
Regards
