Default Employment Nomination Scheme

Hello,

I have been offered a job and they are willing to sponsor Myself and family.
This is a quicker route not having to apply for trades recognition.
However the job is not particularly one I would pick and the area soso.
Has anyone taken this route and not taken the job once landed?

Are they willing to sponsor for a permanent or a temporary visa? (you need absolute clarity on this).

If a permanent visa - you might need a TRA assessment anyway. Get professional advice.

I know of a few guys who got through the ENS/LA (permanent visa subclass 856) without having to do the TRA, I guess it depends on the CO.
