Employer sponsored work visa
Hi
The company I work for got approval (sponsorship) to employ an IT expert from Europe
from the Immigration office here in Sydney. It is the standard 3 year work permit
deal. He is now completing the 2nd part of the process, through the immigration
office in Vienna Austria. Now, the funny thing is that they are asking him to get his
qualifications certificed by ACS, proof of his current job, etc etc. A ton of things
that we have never come accross before (we have employed people from o'seas before)
... Did anyone have a similar experience with the Vienna office?
