Employer Penalties
What are the likely penalties for a employer who has already been fined for misusing the 457?
ie not adhering to the requirements ie training costs and blatant difference between what the employees job title to actual work being performed? Allowing student visa holders to do 40+ hours per week.
We are talking about 30+ employees
Please tell me their are some harsh penal sentences for this bunch of cowboys

You should notify DIAC. That is a lot of employees and they will be very keen to deal with the employer in the appropriate way. This practice of cheating the system is pretty widespread and DIAC would be very reliant on information from the public to help them catch the offenders.
I wonder if the students realise they risk losing their visas if they get caught?

Of course the students realise. I was a student and many others didn't think anything of working more than 20 hours a week because everyone 'has a friend and they never got caught'. Same old story of nobody thinking they will get caught.
Report them to diac.

Good for you. It's the people who rort the system who make it so hard for the genuine ones.
