employer nominated sheme over 45
Hi, there just logged on and this like a great site to gain information from. We are trying to migrate using the ENS scheme, my husband is 46 and is a carpenter. We have a sponsor and it is in the process of being sent off. Does anyone know anyone who has sucessfully migrated and been over 45. Trying to not get too excited but it would be great if I could hear some success stories or otherwise.

Hi, I can see I'm going to get addicted to this site!
Another query re the employer nominated scheme - if the employer gets the nomination cleared by the authorities is it more a less a rubber stamp to get the visa (subject to police clearance and health checks) issued or am I living in a little cloud of false optimism?

I thought people had to be under 45 to emigrate to Australia.
