As my observation, I noticed that if someone has IELTS score above than 7, their process times are faster.

Is this true? Or just a coincidence.

For accountants it is very true. Also for getting SS you need 7. So this is Lucky 7..

Does every state demands 7 for SS ? Are you sure about that?

Because there is not any obligations in their websites for that.

Every state requires different level of IELTS.

just an co incidence, for DIAC minimum level required for english is competent (i.e. 6 in each module). if you score 120 without 7 in IELTS you are fine.

one can relate it to point system followed by DIAC, 120 or 130 or 140 or 150 all tre equilent to DIAC and there is no priority based on number of points.
