Hi guys and girls,

I've been looking to apply for a more perm visa in oz and was hoping to apply for a family sponsored skilled 176 visa (via the uncle) but unfortunately that's a no go because I don't have a degree. I'm a Graphic Designer but on paper only upto HND standard, work experience wise I have 5+ years on me in design and as a prepress monkey. My agent says that my best bet is to go via a 475 but I don't think I have a prayer of getting sponsored whilst still in the UK. I've been back from Oz less than 4 weeks after finishing a WHV and from that experience I know I'm good enough to get a job in the market, I am insanely desperate to go back

Sooooooo my question is, I guess, am I better off just going out and getting the one year top up on my HND and reapplying a year later oooooooor can I actually apply for a student visa to do my top up over in Sydney? Is there an option I'm not aware of but should look at? I've gone through the government website and it's all very overwhelming when you haven't remotely attempted anything like this before. Any help would be much appreciated

I am not sure whether or not Paper Graphic designers are included on new SOL.
