Dual Citizenship Question
I am an Australian Citizen married to a USA citizen. Can my husband apply for dual citizenship of Australia while we are living in the USA?

No. He might be able to get residency, but he won't get citizenship through marriage.

So could he apply for residency whilst we are living in the USA as I am in the process of applying for my green card here? This is all so confusing.

Yes he can apply for a spouse visa. I don't have particular experience of that visa myself but there are loads of posts on here about it so you could either do a search on here of go straight to www.immi.gov.au and serch on there for details of how to apply.
