Hi

I hope someone can help. I have spent the last couple of days searching for the form I need to complete to change my address.

I have probably seen it and completely missed it I have read the DIAC site so many times I thought I knew it inside out!!!!!

I would be really grateful if someone could let me know the number of the form or what it is called.

Think the form you need is 1022, This is for change of circumstances.

Actually, I think you need a form 929 for change of address. But a 1022 would let you supply the same information.

Thank you, it is the form 929 change of address/passport .

My brain must be on information overload, I thought I was bad enough missing one form but to miss 2 well thats just very :embaressed_smile::embaressed_smile: !!!!

I have sent the other form, I am hoping it should be ok, it looks very similar just a different layout.

I am sure the CO will let me know..... if I ever get one!!!!!!!
