Does ACS/DIAC count job experience before degree awarded (Date of result publish)? I mean if I have completed my final examination on Feb, 2011 but my results publish on Dec, 2011. After completing my examination I worked as full time in a company. Does the duration before results publish will count by ACS/DIAC for Skill Immigration Assessment?

Thats fulltime job. You may like to make a special note on your cover letter or something to mention the fact that your exams were done on xyz date. Your employment reference letter should mention start date of your job in any case. Since its such a close overlapping case, I *think* it shouldn't matter ... but it will all depends on how ACS evaluate you.

It depend totally the work you have performed during that time and the service letter. If you have work in a professional level and full time basis should not be a issue. Good Luck!
