Default Documents for DIAC

Finally, got my invitation on march 4th.

For DIAC,do we need to include the latest payslips(i.e for the duration after acs assessment). My agent is saying that latest payslips are not necessary.

Please clarify. Also do we need to submit form-80 with application.

Is it mandatory?

Thanks

Why would you doubt what the agent is telling you?

They are not MARA agents and even tehy messed in ACS,so I'm worried.
In ACS website it is clearly mentioned that self declared statutory documents are not to be submitted

They recommended me to do self decalred documents, rather than getting reference from colleagues or from my supervisor.

Later ACS contacted me to do the reference thing which delayed my process.

So would like to get it clarified before submitting.

Thanks

My bluntness coming out here but if they got the acs process wrong why the frig are you letting them submit your visa application. I am sure you can notify diac of a change of agent via one form - am sure someone else will confirm the form number shortly.

I agree with bikergirl. I am also sure ACS will ask for payslips or even more related documents regarding your employment.

You will *probably* be asked to complete Form 80; if you don't do it now your CO may request it when s/he gets assigned to your case. How else can DIAC check your travel movements against what police certificates you need to supply?

As far as I know for ACS you only need to submit Letters from your employer. Everything else will be requested by DIAC later on.

Taken from ACS website:

"Please Note - The following list of documents are not assessable.
Please DO NOT Submit: - Employment Contracts / Payslips / Bank Statements / Letters of offer / Resignation Letters / Performance Reviews or Appraisals / Service Certificates

Each experience should only be entered once – with one or more related attachments. Please do not duplicate experience entries."

Why? Someone else's application has no bearing on yours. Each application is assessed on its own merits.
