My daughter is here on a working visa for a year, she is very happy working at a hairdressers here north of the river of perth.

Her visa runs out on 10 October, does she have to go home on that date, or can she stay till the end of October but just not be working?

She needs a visa to be in the country same as anyone else.

So as this visa runs out on 10th October she needs to either leave the country or organise another one.

Has she done any regional/seasonal work at all?

3 months regional or seasonal work will give her a second year on the visa. So she could even do it now, and then stay until October 2011.
