Great, the other post on this forum suggest points being raised to 120 and the offer to settle in Regional Areas. 5000 places one can choose from. 5000 places = Australia.

Depends on where you applied from. I am a Indian citizen in USA and have applied 06 Aug 2003. Nothing yet. Same for almost all the other applications on austimeline. The last one I see for a application from India is April 2003. The Aug-Sep date is more for UK residents.

Hello Keyur,

Me too an Indian applied in end Sept 03 from UAE. We all have no other options to keep our hopes high and expect that like others we soon would have medical requests or may be would face rejection on introduction of new points system... provided that if it affects applications already in process.

Hello Keyur,

Just check timeline... daiypan has got medicals request (july 29). And you can see many others in different categories have improvement of some sort. Like reference verifications or meds requested... finger crossed for you too.. soon we see your post for meds requested.
