Different type of Job - 176 visa P4

Different type of Job - 176 visa P4
Hi all,
I have a opportunity to move to a new job as a business development manager selling IT equipment instead of being a Computer Professional. The problem and question is this!
Will DIAC or a CO want to know why I am doing a different job rather than my Computer Manager job as per my 176 application from June 09, we are in priority 4 (2231-11)
Will it affect my chances of getting a visa or should I rather just keep working as a IT Manager until i get a visa.
