Difference of Work Experience & Specific Work Experience
What should i upload in "Work Experience" and "Specific Work Experience",
i have been working in same field for last 4.5 years and that directly reflects my ASCO code.
I have reference letters from my 2 companies, both says ".net specialist" which is also assessed by ACS.

Im sorry no idea....but can u help in resolving 1 query....i can see u got state sponsorship....did u send only the standard doc req by state when asking for sponsorship or u got some offer letter from employer....i have heard tht a offer letter makes u r case stronger....pls help me as im planning to apply for state sponsorship...
