Default defacto visa/ statement of support/ eligible for centrelink?

If you have sponsored someone on a defacto visa are you eligible for unemployment or any other benefits from centrelink?
I know the statement of support with the application was signed and evidence on how you were not going to be a drain on the Australian welfare system. Is this going to be on-file at centrelink? Is it legally binding or going to be held against the final PR visa?
Thanks for any advice.

I think you're confused about being a sponsor and being an assurer.

Some benefits may be payable in certain circumstances. Best if you checked out centrelink's website.
