My medicals got finalised also. I am waiting for FBI clearance at the moment which will take two more months. I need to wait couple of long months.

This question is realted to max time limit between two entry in Australia.
The visa which granted against type 175 , Will it allows candidate to

1. Candidate with family will enter in Australia before the date mentioned in visa grant letter only for few days and return back in oder to resign from current comapny.
2. then he reenter after around 3-5 month , completing notice period of current comapny.
3. Family will reenter Australia around 5-8 month after first entry.

Actually in my current company notice period is 3 month min. (Saudi Arabia)
You don't even have your passport with you , its with employer.

Please suggest.

I got my visa grant today..

So I think December 09 applicant will get their visa very soon if everything finalised...
