My medical was received by HOC on 23rd February
In 1st march my medical also "referred" like you.
But still Health requirements outstanding !
So a bit worried..

Don't worry bro....it's very normal.
Mine was received by HOC on 2 Feb 2010, referred on 8 Feb 2010 and 17 Feb 2010 it turned to Finalized/Met.
I believe your one will be finalized very soon.

Yes, it seems to be taking a while. My results were received on Feb 16th, and only changed to 'met' today. No referral.

Aug. 08 - Vetassess
Apl 09 - Recd. SA State sponsorship
June 09 - Online appl lodged (475)
July 09 - Medicals done and set to Aus (Except Xray for my wife due to pregnancy)
Sep 09- Babies born (Twins) - Requested for the inclusion of babies.
Jan 10 - Babies' Medicals & Wife's Xray done and sent.
05.02.10 - Wife's medicals finalised

All documents showing 'Met" Except
1. Babies 'Health requirements outstanding'
2. Wife's IELTS - 'Requested (But she has already done IELTS and sent)

I am from a HR Country. My current employer has not received verification call so far.

Can anyone guess on my appl status? (475 Visa)

My medical finalised today.
A great relief. A big bundle gone.
In document checklist still medical status "requested" . all others "Met"
Anyway now just hoping everything good for next..

I am not sure, but I did not hear anything like this from my HR department.
But in document checklist everything except medical set to "Met"
I am also not sure what it mean...

anyway Vablatha what about your document checklist status??

I am from HR country.
What I can suggest you that is you can provide documents as evidence of your work experience as many as possible. you can still add those in your document checklist or can mail them directly.

Thanks for the reply. I front loaded my previous and current employer references, pay slips and tax returns except bank statements. CO asked me to provide my bank statements on 9th Feb'10 and I submitted on 20th Feb'10. CO sent a mail that he received my statements on 22nd Feb'10. There is no job verification yet. And my CO is from Team 4.

I was also from Team 4 and found them very fast.
As you have uploaded what they required, you are safe now.
