De-facto visa
Hi everyone, got a little question I'd love clearing up..
Myself and partner are thinking of applying for a de facto visa once we have been together for 12 months, currently I am on the 1st year of my working holiday visa and will be beginning my 2nd year working holiday visa in March '10.
Currently I work for a government employer and understand that after 6 months of continuous work I must leave the employer and work for someone else.. However when I come back for my second year could I work for the same employer again since I will be on a new 2nd year visa or is this not allowed?
Or once I'm on the de facto visa what would I be able to do for work? Would there still be a 6 month limitation per employer as there is with a working holiday visa?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Re: De-facto visa
How about when I return for my 2nd year working holiday visa.. Will I be able to work for the same employer or can one never return to the same employer after working for them for 6 months?
Thank you
