Damned case officer ..........
So friendly, efficient and courteous, has totally shattered my opinion on government officials. 
What an absolute pleasure dealing with a country whose officials have a sense of purpose and dedication.
When last did you get an email from a government deptartment at 5:32pm ?
Application lodged 8 Dec 2005, visa granted 26 May 2006.

I have to agree.... I have had such great responses from my case officer. I dont have my visa yet, but every time I have had a query or a question he/she has been soooooooooooo helpful and answered within 48 hours. Was not expecting such efficiency.
