Custody

Custody
I will be migrating to Australia with children from my first marriage. I am aware my ex needs to sign paperwork and he is agreeable to this, that is not a problem. I am wondering if there is some standard wording that I should use in the document to cover all of my legal bases. Also, is DIMIA interested in visitation arrangements? Does that help prove we have come to an agreement? Or is the one signed declaration enough?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Custody
Thanks, got it, much appreciated. I am actually in the states but I'll change a bit of wording and it will be perfect.
