CSL - when to expect CO
I want to ask If CSL applicant lodge his application in May 2009, could be allocated to case officer before the End of May 2009>

if current year quota is not reached, it will be processed as a third priority after ENS and SS. However, we don't know how long it would take DIAC to assign a CO for CSL after May 2009. Hopefully same as SS which is 10 days, but could be more.
