Hi, can someone please advise as i am not sure if reading it right that there are 2 installments to be paid for 175 skilled independent visa. It says that 2nd installment paid on application for non english speaking!
Do english speaking pay both installments or just the 1st?

From what I gathered, the second installment is to pay for courses in English for a secondary applicant(ie Spouse) if the CO thinks the secondary applicant does not have functional English.

As long as you both are both English, as far as I am aware, you need only pay the first price, i.e. if you have a non english speaking spouse then the second payment is required.

I hope this is correct and if not I am sure someone will put me straight.
