confused!!! right visa
Hi I have just married my fiancé in England, he has dual citizenship, we had started to fill in the prospective marriage/partner visa but now not sure if it is the right one. He is now back in Australia and i am stuck over here trying to sort it all out
Does anyone know if it is a different form before we go and send it off

If you have already married thats not the visa you want, that visa is for if you plan on getting married.
You need the Spouse Visa http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/part...rtner/309-100/
