confused geordie wanting to goto brisbane

confused geordie wanting to goto brisbane
hope someone can help !!
me my partner and son have decided to go to live hopefully west suburbs.I am starting to look on line for a job as it seems easier to be sponsored by a company.the company i work for at the moment have a depot in brisbane but no vacancies available.
i have done a bit of assessment on www.immi. but a bit confused on visa types.on the 136 skill i score 110 on basics,my partner has a cousin in perth,but cousins dont seem to count.
what should my next move be to make my dream a reality as i have been 3 times and the next big flight should be the one to move.
