Is this classed as the backdoor ?
We are going to Melbourne on th 4th of June on a temporary permanant visa 417 (Year
working holiday).Whilst there we are appllying for perminant residence . Is this
frowned apon ,Could it jepordise our chances of getting to stay ? .We are going to a
panel in the middle of June for State sponsorship as both myself and my wife are on
the MODL, Im in IT and my wife is a Hairdresser, They where not intrested in us until
I mentioned my wife is a hairdresser ,It seems they are desperate for them. I am led
to belive they are extremely harsh if they feel you have used a loophole and came in
the backdoor as they say ,But is this what is classed as getting in through the
backdoor , What is classed as the BACKDOOR?
