clarification please
hello all
I'm not sure this is the correct forum for this question but here goes.
I have a temporary resident sub class 495 visa. It was granted 19 jul 05 with the condition i arrive before 25 Jan 09.
I did validate visa on 25 Oct 2005 and returned for a few months in jan 2007.
I am looking for advice as to whether I can have the visa extended for another year, and if so how do I go about it.

You're in the right place. Don't think you'll get an extension, you'd need to provide very strong evidence as to why you haven't moved over already and I'm not sure even then it would be accepted. Am sure someone will be along shortly with some definitive information though.
