Hi folks,
Just got a quick question on the possibility of getting Citizenship through working in Australian army. Should it bring any limitation for the applicant. any professional advice or experience please!
Thanks,

Are you really saying you would sign up to the armed forces just to get citizenship more quickly?

And they even recruit from overseas (ie, non PR), eg:

Re: Citizenship and Australian Army
You can join the Aus Army as a PR and if you do, you will be eligible for Citizenship after 3 months (I know, I am attending my Citizenship Ceremony on Australia Day 2007, I arrived Sept 06).
If you have relevant training, the Aus Army will gladly employ you. It takes a while to get in, but it's worth it. Age is not a barrier, as long as you are under 37(ish) I have an ex Private School teacher who has just joined - he's mid 30s.
