We are planning to apply partner VISA 309/100. Can you please give some idea regarding below queries:

1. Should we need to show our son as migrating family member although he is a Australian citizen?
No. As an Australian citizen your son is neither migrating nor non-migrating.

2. Do we need to mention all family members details of my wife like her parents, siblings in non-migrating dependent family members? Her parents and siblings is not dependent on her
No.

3. Is it make faster if we provide PCC at the time of application?
You can 'front load' if you want but unless applications are being processed and granted within a year from Bangladesh you will need to provide them again.

4. From NOV 2016, PCC from AFP or overseas country may required if requested. Do you think. its better to provide mentioned document at the time of application or will provide after request?
Ditto.

5. Can I be a Authorise person/recipient for my wife application?
You can be but as the sponsor it would be unnecessary.

Hi All,

Hope you are fine.

I have applied sponsored tourist visa for my wife. They asked me to provide e.medical to inform about medical history with client & doctor declaration (HAP ID provided).

Can anybody help me to confirm, is it the same medical process? To me,process has been changed

Do I need to go to panel doctor or her personal doctor will give the declaration?

Thanks,
Didarul

Any immigration medical must be done by a panel doctor.

I am confused as to why they are asking YOU for a medical if the visa is for your wife?
