A bit of a silly question and I think I know the answer but just want to be sure here.
Filling out form 47CH for my one week old daughter for child visa 101 offshore and it is asking if the child has any dependants.
Does that mean us as parents? and any brothers or sisters?
Or does it mean if she has any kids herself, if she was 16 for example?
Bit stressed here and want it to be right.

I think it is safe to say a one week old child does not have any dependents.

Yes ... an applicant for a child visa can be up to age 24 so there is the prospect of having a dependent (although being married normally excludes from eligibility).
