children staying in school while parent goes back to uk

children staying in school while parent goes back to uk
can you help with some advise please
1. If someone was a spoused sponsered 457 visa but wanted to go back to the uk and their partner didnt do they automatic come off of that visa
2. What if the child was in school here and wanted to stay and they stayed with the parent who was in australia could the other parent who went back to the uk come and visit regularly on a visitors visa
3. If the child later got permanent resident with the parent that was still in australia could the other parent later on get a parents visa. Or could the parent in the uk apply for their own visa to stay in australia as the child was in school here
