child visa 101 and visitor visa at the same time
My husband and I are permanent residents of Australi but not living there. We validated our trip and were in Melbourne from 31 of Dec 2008 until the end of April 2009 and our visas (skilled visas, I was the applicant) are valid until the Sept 11 2013. We want to move to Australia permanently next year before our visas expire and our daughter was born two months ago. We are now trying to find out how we can all go there together as a family. The problem is that child visa offshore 101 processing might take up to 14 months for high risk countries (we are from Bosnia) adn in that case our visas will expire.
Is it possible to apply for two visas at the same time, on behalf of our daughter: child visa 101 and visitor visa, so that she can enter AUS with us? We have a lot of family in AUS who could sponsor her as a visitor.
Does anyone know this or had the same or similar experience? Thanks.

Makido,
I am in similar boat as yourself and I'm surprised you haven't got any response from anyone. Have you managed to find out the answer to your query from anyone ?
Have you tried contacting the DIAC ?
