We are about to add our 10 month old to our family skilled migration visa. My husband has handed his notice in at work to finish end of December and our plan is to move out in January.
After emailing the Australian embassy with no reply I have just phoned to ask how long the child migration visa's take - with a reply of 5-6 months. So... I have just had a major panic attack!!
Have any of you recently been granted a straight forward child visa and how long did it take?? I am hoping that she has told me a worst case scenario and that we will still be able to move over in January.
